Terms of Service

You must provide accurate information when creating your account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately if you believe your account has been compromised.

One account represents one business. You may not share your account credentials with others or create accounts on behalf of others without their consent.

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable regulation.
• Upload content that is fraudulent, defamatory, or infringes on the intellectual property of others.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise derive source code from the service.
• Use automated scripts or bots to access the service in a manner that disrupts normal operation.
• Resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit the service without our written consent.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

The SendInvoice.in application, including its design, code, and branding, is owned by Kalaakaar IT Services and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Your data (invoices, customer records, uploads) remains entirely yours.

By uploading files (e.g., your company logo), you grant us a limited licence to store and serve those files solely for the purpose of operating the service for your account.

The Free plan is available at no cost and subject to the usage limits described on the Pricing page. The Pro plan is billed monthly at the rate displayed at the time of subscription, processed via Razorpay.

Subscription fees are charged at the start of each billing cycle. Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are exclusive of any applicable taxes. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice to active paying subscribers.

New accounts receive a 60-day free trial of the Pro plan. No credit card is required to start the trial. At the end of the trial period your account will automatically revert to the Free plan. You will not be charged unless you explicitly choose to subscribe to Pro.

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the trial offer at any time for new sign-ups.

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the service, including loss of data or business interruption.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

You may cancel your account at any time from the Settings page. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, with or without notice depending on the severity of the violation.

Upon termination, your right to access the service ends immediately. We will retain your data for 30 days after termination in case you wish to recover it, after which it is permanently deleted.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Pune, Maharashtra, India.

We may revise these Terms from time to time. We will provide at least 14 days' notice of material changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
