Refund Policy
We want you to feel confident trying SendInvoice.in, operated by Kalaakaar IT Services. Here is exactly how refunds work.
1. Free Trial
Every new account includes a 60-day free trial of Pro with no payment required. We encourage you to fully evaluate the service during this period before subscribing.
2. Subscription Refunds
If you subscribe to Pro and are not satisfied, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your first payment. To request a refund, email us with the subject line "Refund Request" and your registered email address.
Refunds for subsequent billing cycles are not available. You may cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future charges, and you will retain access to Pro until the end of the current billing period.
3. How Refunds Are Processed
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank. We will email you a confirmation when the refund is initiated.
4. Exceptions
Refunds will not be issued for:
- Accounts suspended or terminated for violation of our Terms of Service.
- Requests made more than 7 days after the initial payment.
- Free plan usage (no payment is collected).
5. Disputes
If you have a billing concern not covered above, please contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank. We are happy to resolve issues directly and quickly.
