Privacy Policy

We collect information you provide directly when you create an account or use our service:

• Account information — your email address and password (stored as a secure hash).
• Business information — company name, address, phone number, business email, and website that you add in Settings.
• Invoice data — customer names, phone numbers, invoice details, line items, and payment records that you create inside the app.
• Uploaded files — your company logo and profile picture if you choose to upload them.
• Usage data — basic technical logs (route accessed, timestamp, error messages) used to maintain and improve the service.

We do not collect payment card numbers directly. If billing is introduced, it will be handled by a PCI-compliant third-party processor.

• To provide and operate the SendInvoice.in service.
• To send transactional emails (email verification, password reset).
• To respond to support queries you send us.
• To detect and prevent fraud, abuse, or security incidents.
• To improve the product based on aggregated, anonymised usage patterns.

We will never sell your personal data to third parties or use it for advertising.

All data is stored on Cloudflare's globally distributed infrastructure. Passwords are hashed using PBKDF2 and are never stored in plain text. Data is isolated per tenant account — no user can access another user's data. We use HTTPS for all data in transit.

Despite these measures, no system is completely secure. We encourage you to use a strong, unique password and to contact us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.

• Access — you may request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
• Correction — you may update your account information at any time in Settings.
• Deletion — you may request deletion of your account and all associated data.
• Portability — on request we can provide an export of your invoice and customer data in JSON format.

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will remove your personal data within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it for legal or regulatory purposes.

SendInvoice.in is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by email or via a notice in the application. Continued use after notification constitutes acceptance.
